This exceptional Cannonau di Sardegna DOC showcases the authentic character of Sardinia. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Cannonau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on shallow soils consisting of deposits of aeolian sands placed on marly carbonate crusts. Vinification: manual harvesting, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months in steel vats and 2 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the island's ancient indigenous grape heritage.
