Crafted from Carignano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Sulcis area, in the south-west of Sardinia, from 6 hectars. Vinification: fermentation in steel at controlled temperature with short maceration on the skins. The wine is aged 6 months in barrique. A wine capturing Sardinia's Mediterranean character and maritime influence.
