'Carta d'Oro' Rallo

This distinctive wine from Sicily embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Catarratto 85%, Sauvignon 10%, Viognier 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Patti Piccolo area in Alcamo village, rooted in sandy soils at 150-300 metres above sea level, faced to South and South-East. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for 8-10 days. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
