A fine example of Piedmont winemaking, this Monferrato DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines on volcanic soil rich in skeleton, between 300 and 450 meters of altitude. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel vats and in barriques. The wine is aged 6 months in new barriques for the 60% and in steel vats for the 40%. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
Piedmontese winemaking combines meticulous attention to detail with deep respect for tradition.
