Crafted from Chardonnay 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards sandstone marl soils, locally called ponca. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel. The wine is aged several months in steel. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
