A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. Vinification: cryomaceration at 4°C for 36 hours and fermentation in steel for 30-40 days at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
