A fine example of Trentino winemaking, this Trentino DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot and Pergola Trentina system in a sandy soil at 370 m above sea level, faced to West and South-West, in Lavis, Meano and in Val di Cembra. Vinification: soft pressing, cold settling and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 5-6 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
