Chardonnay Livio Felluga

This Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards guyot training on marl and sandstone soils of Eocene origin. Vinification: the grapes are left to macerate for a short period and then pressed, the juice is allowed to settle and is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on lees for six months, and kept bottled for at least two months before being sold. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
