Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards soft pressing and fermentation in barrique. Vinification: maceration on the skins with alternating pumping. The wine is aged 8 months on the lees and 6 months in bottle. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
