A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Collio DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Chardonnay 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 25-years-old vines located on soil rich in morainic debris and porphyritic stone. Vinification: delicate destemming, short maceration on the skins, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in tonneau. The wine is aged 12 months in tonneau and at least 12 months in bottle. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
