Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30 years old vines in Erbusco. Manual harvesting. Vinification: pressing, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in small oak barrels. The wine is aged 9 months on the lees in barriquea and 33 in bottle. A wine representing Lombardy's sophisticated winemaking style with precision and elegance.
