Hailing from Puglia, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Serralunga d'alba at 330 metres above sea level on limestone soils. Vinification: soft pressing, cold settling, alcoholic fermentation first in steel tanks and then in barriques. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in barriques at least. A wine capturing the rustic charm of Puglia's ancient vineyards.
Puglia, Italy's sun-drenched heel, produces generous, full-bodied wines from ancient vines.
