Produced in Puglia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards late harvested grapes the 6th of September. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, then in barriques. The wine is aged about 12 months in French barriques. A wine showing the sun-drenched warmth typical of Puglia's Mediterranean climate.
