Crafted from Chardonnay 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards late harvested grapes the 6th of September. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, then in barriques. The wine is aged about 12 months in French barriques. A wine capturing the rustic charm of Puglia's ancient vineyards.
