Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards grapes coming from a vineyard on the Colline dei Sorni di Lavis located on a chalk vein outcropping at 300 meters above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. The wine is aged 6 months in French oak barrels. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
