This Trentino DOC captures the distinctive personality of Trentino terroir. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards breeding on predominantly skeletal, mainly sandy soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel containers and partly in oak barrels at controlled temperature using selected yeasts. The wine is aged 10 months in wood and steel tanks, followed by 8 months in bottle. A wine reflecting Trentino's alpine terroir and cool-climate precision.
