This distinctive wine from Sardinia embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Monica 40%, Carignano 30%, Cannonau 30% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30 years old vines in the hilly calcareous soil from Benatzu Coloru (Serdiana). Vinification: partial maceration on the skins for 12 hours, cold settling, fermentation at controlled temperature for 2 weeks in steel tanks. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine showing the sun-baked intensity typical of Sardinian vineyards.
