This distinctive wine from Marche embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. Its 15% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Verdicchio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards between Valmisia and Vallesina, at 320 metres above sea level. Vinification: grapes harvested attached to Noble Rot and alcoholic fermentation in steel vats and barrels. The wine is aged 6 months in small oak barrels and in steel vats, then 12-18 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the Marche region's balance of Adriatic influence and hillside terroir.
Marche producers combine tradition and innovation across both red and white styles.
