This Irpinia DOC captures the distinctive personality of Campania terroir. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Coda di Volpe 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the soils of Fontanarosa, facing south-west on sandy soils of volcanic origin at 400 meters above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks. A wine true to Campania's tradition of structured, age-worthy wines.
Campania is home to celebrated indigenous varieties like Aglianico, Fiano and Greco.
