A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Collio DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Tocai Friulano 35%, Malvasia 20%, Pinot Bianco 45%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the vineyards of Negrar, on soils rich in limestone and clay. Vinification: fermentation in September/October, then second fermentation on the skins of Amarone with the traditional method of "Ripasso" for about 14 days. The wine is aged 5 months in barrique. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
Cool alpine breezes and diverse soils give Friuli's wines their trademark aromatic precision.
