Crafted from Chardonnay 90%, Pinot Bianco 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature and second fermentation in bottle according to Champenoise Method. The wine is aged at least 18 months on the lees.
