Hailing from Alto Adige, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pinot Blanc 60% and Chardonnay 40%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Ronco di Cornaiano village on calcareous soils of glacial origin at 500 metres above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in oak barrels controlled temperature. The wine is aged 23 months on the lees in casks and 24 months in bottle. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
