'Eclisse' La Roncaia

Produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Sauvignon 90%, Picolit 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the municipalities of Tarcento and Attimis, on soils of eocenic marl-type origin. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in steel and Allier barriques. The wine is aged some months in stainless steel containers. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
