Crafted from Chardonnay and other white grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 25 years old vines cultivated according to the guyot system. Vinification: destemming, cold maceration, soft pressing, static decantation and alcoholic fermentation in barriques. The wine is aged 4 months on the lees in barriques. A wine showing the sun-drenched warmth typical of Puglia's Mediterranean climate.
