This prestigious Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG represents the pinnacle of Italian winemaking excellence. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Erbaluce 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 300-350 meters above sea level on poor and strongly acid soils, of morainic origin, composed of sand and small percentages of silt and clay. Vinification: fermentation in steel and oak barrels with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged 18 months in 20-hectolitre oak barrels and a few months in concrete tanks. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
Piedmontese winemaking combines meticulous attention to detail with deep respect for tradition.
