Crafted from Erbaluce 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on a moraine hill in Caluso 350 m above sea level. Vinification: manual harvest, drying on racks for 3 months, natural alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 60 months in oak casks. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
