The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the guyot system in sandy volcanic soils, faced to South-West. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in steel vats and at least 6 months in bottle. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
