This Falanghina del Sannio DOC captures the distinctive personality of Campania terroir. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Falanghina 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot system in a clayey calcareous soil at 300-400 metres above sea level. Vinification: cold maceration, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel vats for 20 days. The wine is aged 3 months in steel vats. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
