Crafted from Falanghina 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards gravelly alluvial soils mixed with pyroclastic deposits. Vinification: soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine is aged a few months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
