Crafted from Falanghina 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards in the municipality of Sessa Aurunca on volcanic soil rich in phosphorus, potassium and microelements. Vinification: cryomaceration, alcoholic fermentation in steel and Allier oak barriques of about 20 days. The wine is aged 8 months in stainless steel containers. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
