Crafted from Fiano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Torchiara on clayey and calcareous soils. Organic Farming. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in steel vats with 3 days of skins maceration. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in steel vats and 3 months in bottle. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
