This Fiano di Avellino DOCG stands as a benchmark for Campania's highest quality classification. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Fiano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines at 450 m above sea level in a marny soil rich in clay. Vinification: soft pressing of the whole bunches, decantation and fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 12 months in steel vats and 14 months in bottle. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
Campania's viticultural roots stretch back to ancient Roman times, among the oldest in Italy.
