A fine example of Campania winemaking, this Irpinia DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Fiano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 10 years old vines on sandy-clayey soils at 370 meters above sea level. North-East facing. Yield per hectare to 50 quintals. Late harvest in November. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats and barriques. The wine is aged 7 months in steel vats and barriques with bâtonnage, 9 months in bottle. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
