Crafted from Fiano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from 35 years old vineyards located in Località Boschi in Lapio at 550 mt asl. Vinification: alcoholic and partial malolactic fermentation in steel vats with 2 days of skin maceration. Tartaric stabilization, unfiltered. The wine is aged 48 months in steel and bottle. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
