Crafted from Fiano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines with east exposition, cultivated with Guyot method, at 450 metres of altitude, on clay and limestone soil. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 10 months in steel vats and 14 months in bottle.
