Among the most celebrated expressions of its category, this Fiano di Avellino DOCG showcases exceptional craftsmanship. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Fiano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. Vinification: cryomaceration and alcoholic fermentation in steel for 2 weeks. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
