Tasting Notes

Produced in Campania, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Fiano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards guyot-trained on volcanic soils, rich in sand and limestone. Organically and biodynamically grown with yields per hectare of 40-50 q/ha. Vinification: fermentation in amphora with the exclusive use of indigenous yeasts and log maceration, without filtration. The wine is aged some months in amphorae. A wine true to Campania's tradition of structured, age-worthy wines.
