This Sannio DOC captures the distinctive personality of Campania terroir. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Fiano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot system at 300-400 m above sea level in Sannio Beneventano area. Vinification: short cold maceration, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine true to Campania's tradition of structured, age-worthy wines.
