This exceptional Irpinia DOC showcases the authentic character of Campania. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Fiano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines from asingle vineyard in Contrada Rotole from Fontanarosa, in a sandy soil faced to South-East at 420 metres. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 10 months in steel tanks and at least 10 months in bottle. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
