The fruit is sourced from vineyards 24 years vines, with south-east exposition, at 400-450 metres of altitude, on calcareous soil. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature and second fermentation in bottle according to Champenoise Method. The wine is aged at least 18 months on the lees.
