The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines on the slopes of Monte Orfano, in the southernmost area of Franciacorta, at 275 m above sea level. Vinification: soft pressing, fermentation in steel tanks and wooden tanks and second fermentation according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged 36 months on the lees in bottle.
