The fruit is sourced from vineyards 19 crus spread over 70 hectares of vineyards, on soils glacial moraine, of vine at least 9 years old. Vinification: fermentation partly in steel and partly in oak barrels, then the second fermentation in the bottle or the Classic Method. The wine is aged at least 24 months on the lees.
