Crafted from Chardonnay 60%, Pinot Bianco 23%, Pinot Nero 17%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to guyot and pergola trentina system in a sandy soil at 280 metres above sea level in Sorni and Gardolo, faced to West and South-West. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, cold settling for about 48 hours and malolactic fermentation in concrete vats. The wine is aged 48 months on the lees.
