Crafted from Chardonnay 60%, Pinot Bianco 23%, Pinot Nero 17%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to guyot and pergola trentina system in a sandy soil at 280 metres above sea level in Sorni and Gardolo, faced to West and South-West. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, cold settling for about 48 hours and malolactic fermentation in concrete vats. The wine is aged 48 months on the lees.
