Crafted from Chardonnay 55%, Pinot Bianco 25%, Pinot Nero 20% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. Vinification: fermentation in barriques, and aging on the lees for 6 months with malolactic fermentation, then second fermentation in bottle according to the Traditional Method.
