Franciacorta Extra Brut 'Cuvée Prestige' Ca' del Bosco

Among the most celebrated expressions of its category, this Franciacorta DOCG showcases exceptional craftsmanship. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 75%, Pinot Nero 15%, Pinot Bianco 10% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clayey soils with east, south-east and west exposure. Vinification: second fermentation in bottle according to Classic Method, after an assembly of several cuvée, including at least 20% reserves of the best vintage. The wine is aged 25 months on the lees. A wine reflecting the alpine influence found across Lombardy's varied terroir.
