Crafted from Pinot Nero 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards grapes from two single vineyard in Borgonato village: Quindicipio and Brolo. Vinification: soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, aging on the lees for 6 months in barriques and second fermentation in bottle according to the Traditional Method.
