This Franciacorta DOCG stands as a benchmark for Lombardy's highest quality classification. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Chardonnay 62%, Pinot Nero 38% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines on calcareous and clayey soils rich of red marls. Organic farming. Vinification: selection of 30 different wines for the creation of the cuvée, with fermentation and aging in steel tanks and in small oak barrels.
