The fruit is sourced from vineyards 15 years vines on morenic soil rich of minerals. Vinification: pinot Noir macerated on the skins for a small period to concentrate the colour. At the end Chardonnay and Pinot Noir composed the cuvée that is rifermented in bottle according to classic method. The wine is aged 30 months on the yeasts and 6 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the alpine influence found across Lombardy's varied terroir.
