Crafted from Pinot Nero 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines faced to South-West with Guyot method and rooted on clay-limestone soils with prevalence of silt. Vinification: soft pressing, fermentation in steel tanks, maturation for 6 months in steel tanks and in oak barrels and second fermentation in the bottle according to the Traditional Classic.
